As a Health & Safety Manager, you will take ownership of standards, compliance, and assurance, working closely with operational leaders to strengthen risk management, improve performance, and embed a culture of accountability.

Key
Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of H&S professionals to deliver effective assurance and compliance.
Drive consistent standards and ensure alignment with legal and company requirements.
Manage and improve H&S management systems, processes, and governance.
Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to identify risks and implement improvements.
Analyse performance data to identify trends and reduce operational risk.
Support investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with operational teams to strengthen controls around critical risks.
Promote a proactive culture through strong leadership and engagement.
To be considered for this role, candidates should hold a minimum of a NEBOSH General Certificate (NEBOSH Diploma preferred) and have experience within H&S management, auditing, compliance frameworks, and improvement programmes.
Strong leadership skills, the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, and experience operating within a high-risk manufacturing environment are essential.
