As an Industrial Relations Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our people team to deliver a proactive and people-focused IR service. You'll help managers and employees navigate sensitive situations, ensuring processes run smoothly and fairly. This role is all about attention to detail, empathy, and building confidence in how we handle people issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support IR case management: Assist with managing IR cases from start to finish, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
- Keep things organised: Maintain case management systems, track progress, and help prepare reports for leadership.
- Communicate clearly: Provide empathetic and professional support to managers and employees during IR processes.
- Help build capability: Support IR training sessions for managers and collect feedback to improve future sessions.
- Ensure compliance: Help the team follow employment law, union interactions and company policies, reducing risk and protecting the organisation.
