Pay Rates (PAYE) - Competitive & Rewarding:
- Weekday Drivers (5 of 7, 4 of 7 non-weekend rota)
- Basic = £17.53 per hour
- Weekend Premium (x1.25) = £21.91 (paid between 00:01 Saturday - 23:59 Sunday)
- Overtime (x1.33) = £23.31 (5 of 7 is over 42.5 hours and 4 of 7 is 42 hours)
- Bank Holiday (x1.50) = £26.29
- Cage Bonus = £3000 annually / 52 = £57.69 / 5-day week = £11.53 (paid per shift worked)
- Weekend Drivers (Fixed Friday - Monday rota)
- Basic = £19.27 per hour
