Our client is a growing UK business looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of lead generation and digital marketing activity. This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine SEO, email marketing, website optimisation and content creation to drive a consistent flow of qualified leads and deliver measurable business growth.
The Role
- Drive digital lead generation campaigns across key target markets
- Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns
- Improve SEO performance, organic traffic and online visibility
- Enhance website performance, conversions and user journeys
- Create engaging content including blogs, case studies and service pages
- Analyse campaign performance and report on ROI
- Manage CRM data, lead nurturing and marketing automation
- Work closely with sales and leadership teams to maximise conversions
About You
- 2+ years' experience in digital marketing, lead generation or B2B marketing
- Strong email marketing and campaign management experience
- Good understanding of SEO and content marketing
- Experience with HUBSPOT, website analytics and reporting
- WordPress or CMS experience
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills desirable
- Commercially focused with a data-driven approach
- Desirable: Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads experience
- Marketing automation experience
- Experience within B2B services, compliance, facilities management or engineering
