Part-time Support Worker, 14 hours per week over 2 days between Monday - Friday. The post holder needs to be flexible as these days are not set. £12.80 per hour.

We are looking for someone who shares Bethphage's values, has good people skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including those we support and their family members. The successful candidate will ideally have experience with animals or a farm setting.
You will need to be available to fill the contracted hours over 2 days between Monday and Friday, with rotas provided a month in advance. Any extra days, evenings or weekends would count as additional hours. The role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities in a range of farming and horticultural activities, working collaboratively as part of a team and assisting with transport duties. Confidence in an educational setting would be desirable.
Essential Requirements:
- Driver with UK manual licence for at least 1 year and own vehicle
- Maths and English Level two and above
- Good IT knowledge/skills/systems
- Good communication skills and active listening
Desirable Requirements:
- HSC Level 2 Diploma or similar
- Farming/agricultural/horticultural experience
- Qualification within Health and Social Care
- Qualifications such as trailer license and working with machinery
