The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Build strong relationships and provide a high level of customer service
- Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client enquiries
- Liaise with insurers and underwriters to secure the best cover and terms
- Support clients with policy queries and claims-related matters
- Work closely with Account Executives to deliver a seamless service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience within the insurance industry, ideally within account handling or account management

- Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused approach
- Cert CII qualification is desirable
