The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to take ownership of an established portfolio of commercial clients. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop an existing portfolio of commercial insurance clients
  • Build strong relationships and provide a high level of customer service
  • Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client enquiries
  • Liaise with insurers and underwriters to secure the best cover and terms
  • Support clients with policy queries and claims-related matters
  • Work closely with Account Executives to deliver a seamless service

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience within the insurance industry, ideally within account handling or account management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused approach
  • Cert CII qualification is desirable
