Youll play a key part in ensuring service users receive safe, effective care while also supporting and developing care staff across the community.
- What Youll Be Doing
- Coordinate and manage care staff rotas efficiently using electronic rostering systems.
- Ensure all care visits are covered and respond promptly to emergency changes.
- Responding to safeguarding concerns and service issues
- Conduct spot checks, competency assessments, and quality assurance visits.
- Liaise with service users, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.
- Ensure care plans and risk assessments are accurate and regularly reviewed.
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the on-call rota as required.
- What Were Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Minimum 3 years experience of Care Coordinator of Senior Care Coordinator.
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding
- Confident communicator with good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle a varied workload
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (required)
