As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to run the operation, lead the team and keep standards flying high . You'll be hands-on, visible and right in the heart of the action.
From opening the doors to driving a busy service, you'll be the person your team looks to for energy, direction and support.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue
Taking ownership of shifts and leading the team from the front
Creating an atmosphere where guests and team members genuinely love being there
Coaching, developing and motivating your people
Driving service standards, sales and commercial performance
Ensuring the venue is operating smoothly, safely and efficiently
Delivering exceptional guest experiences - every shift, every table, every time
Leading by example with infectious energy and a can-do attitude
Stepping up and taking charge when the General Manager isn't there
Helping develop a strong, engaged and high-performing team
Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for a Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager or experienced Supervisor who is ready to take the next step.
