Your focus will be twofold: maximising opportunities within a warm portfolio of existing clients, while mapping and developing new business.

Day to day, you will be: Developing new business and driving recruitment sales.

Networking and building lasting client relationships.

Interviewing and assessing qualified Doctors.

About You Recruitment experience within national or international healthcare is essential, ideally placing Doctors or Nurses.

A strong track record in sales, billing and client retention.

Comfortable running a busy desk with a proactive, self-starting approach.

Confident building relationships by phone and in person.

Able to commute to the office for part of the week.
