The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced AV Technician to join a growing and well-established organisation within the live events and technical production sector.
This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who enjoys working with professional AV equipment, maintaining high standards, solving technical issues, and supporting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out technical testing, inspection, and quality checks on specialist AV equipment.
Diagnose and investigate faults, ensuring issues are accurately recorded and resolved where appropriate.
Support the development and improvement of technical processes and operating procedures.
Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues within the wider team.
Assist with equipment configuration, software updates, and system checks.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an AV, technical, broadcast, live events, engineering, or equipment-based environment.
Experience testing, maintaining, inspecting, or troubleshooting technical equipment.
Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
