We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join a busy, professional hospitality operation in Northamptonshire on a maternity cover contract. What you'll be doing:
- Leading and supporting the front of house team during daily service.
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Managing day-to-day team operations, including workflow, attendance, and shift cover.
- Training and inducting new team members.
