You will be the trusted day-to-day lead for a mixed residential portfolio in and around Bournemouth, ensuring buildings are safe, well-run and great places to live. Home based with regular site visits, you'll build strong relationships with residents, client freeholders and contractors, delivering a responsive, transparent service that balances people, property and budgets.
