Finance Manager required for a growing multi-site business. This is a hands-on role and you will lead a busy finance function within a fast-paced, customer-focused business. The role is office-based with some flexibility after 1 year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional who thrives on managing people, improving processes and taking ownership of day-to-day financial operations.

You'll oversee management accounts, payroll, cashflow, reconciliations, supplier payments and financial reporting, while supporting and developing a small finance team. The role also involves working closely with senior leadership to drive efficiency, accuracy and continuous improvement across the business.
