In this role, you will take full responsibility for new and used vehicle sales performance, leading and developing a team of Sales Executives while overseeing showroom operations, stock management and customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Head of Business, you'll implement sales strategies, maximise profitability and ensure the dealership consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience.
This role would suit a Sales Manager, Business Manager, Transaction Manager or General Sales Manager with experience within a prestige or premium automotive dealership looking to progress within a growing dealer group.
The Role- Lead and develop a team of Sales Executives
- Drive new and used vehicle sales performance
- Maximise profitability and departmental KPI performance
- Oversee showroom operations and customer experience
- Manage stock, pricing and part-exchange decisions
- Ensure FCA and manufacturer compliance
- Analyse sales performance and implement improvement plans
- Work closely with Aftersales, Finance and senior management
- Previous Sales Manager or Business Manager experience
- Prestige or premium automotive dealership background
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Commercially driven with strong KPI management
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and vehicle finance
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
