Salary: £52,500 Shift: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FMCG manufacturing business operating within a fast-paced production environment.

The site is highly automated and offers a great opportunity for engineers looking to develop their skills within a stable and growing business.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment, supporting continuous improvement activities and ensuring site performance and reliability is maintained.

Sector – Factory Maintenance (FMCG) Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

  • Engineering qualification (Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Multi-skilled engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
  • Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance within a production environment.
  • Ability to fault find across electrical and mechanical systems .
  • Experience working on automated or process machinery .
  • Understanding of maintenance systems (CMMS) and documentation .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment .
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement activities .

Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

  • Experience within an FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environment .
  • Experience working on conveyors, ovens, mixers or process equipment .
