We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to a join a well-established and highly rated domiciliary care agency.

The role will be based at the companys offices in Surrey with regular visits to clients and Live-in Care Professionals across Surrey and South West London, therefore, the candidate must hold a drivers licence and have their own transport.

As a Live-In Care Manager, you will take a central leadership role overseeing the companys live-in care clients, many of whom require complex, high-dependency support.

Your expert oversight will ensure the highest quality of care, exceptional client and family experience, and collaborative coordination of health and social care professionals.

This role is pivotal in maintaining the companys reputation for premium care services.

Reporting to the Head of Live-in Care you will play a key leadership and quality assurance role over a critical and complex segment of the companys services.

Acting as the vital connection between clients, families, care professionals, healthcare teams, and office staff you will champion safety, dignity, and person-centred support for clients living with advanced conditions supporting the growth and continuous improvement of Live-In Care services.

Key responsibilities Ensure outstanding care by monitoring quality, reviewing care plans and conducting audits.

Build trusted relationships with clients and their families, providing clear communication and support.

Coordinate the wider circle of care, including healthcare professionals and social workers.

Support and supervise live-in care professionals, coaching them to handle complex care needs.

Lead on compliance, safeguarding, and incident management within a regulated framework.

Assist in business development through client consultations and onboarding activities.

The successful candidate will have: Experience in domiciliary care, particularly with clients needing complex and high-dependency care.

Solid knowledge of dementia, end-of-life or complex health conditions.

A strong understanding of person-centred care, quality assurance, and care regulation.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Ability to lead, inspire, and support care teams.

Competency with modern digital tools and platforms.

Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
