As an Executive Assistant, you will be expected to:
- Provide a proactive, confidential and efficient EA service to the Executive Management Team (EMT).
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, Board meetings, appointments and events.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and hospitality arrangements.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing papers and meeting minutes to strict deadlines.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including document management.
- Prioritise workloads effectively, using initiative and independent judgement.
- Provide cover and support to EMT members and the Group CEO during absences.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support business objectives, appraisal targets and continuous improvement activities.
- Promote equality, diversity and inclusive working practices.
- Comply with Health & Safety responsibilities and undertake any additional duties appropriate to the role.
To be successful in an Executive Assistant role, the skills you will need:
- Experience providing EA/secretarial support to multiple senior management.
- Experience of diary management, arranging and facilitating virtual and face to face meetings.
- Experience of audio/copy typing.
- Ability to take notes of complex information and produce accurate minutes.
- Event management experience.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads in a fast changing environment.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook (email and calendar), PowerPoint and MS Teams.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and meet strict deadlines.
- Able to use document management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion, with an understanding of GDPR.
- A flexible approach to working hours and working with the team to ensure service needs are met and adequate cover is maintained throughout the working day.
- Excellent communication skills across Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and email channels.

Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential:
- RSA Stages I and II in Typing or Word Processing or equivalent.
- Business Administration Qualification or equivalent.
- Experience using document management systems.
