Are you a Site Manager or similar with a background in commercial construction? Are you looking to take on a leadership position with a national construction company who undertake a wide variety of lucrative projects?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established and expanding natural stone specialist, delivering a range of projects including landscaping, public realm, new facades and facade restorations. You will play a key role in managing site operations, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and acting as the company's representative throughout the project.

This varied role will see you overseeing day-to-day site activities, managing staff and subcontractors, coordinating delivery schedules and work programmes, carrying out Health & Safety checks and assessments, and attending site meetings. You will also be involved in design development and fabrication process control, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This role would suit a Site Manager or similar with a background in commercial construction who is looking to take a leadership position with a national construction company.

The Role:

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of projects and sites
  • Organising staff, subcontractors and site activities
  • Carrying out Health & Safety checks and assessments
  • Creating and managing daily work schedules
  • Coordinating delivery schedules and project programmes
  • Mon-Fri (8 am- 4.30 pm)

The Person:

  • Background as Site Manager or similar
  • Background in Construction or similar
  • Commutable to Edinburgh
