Partnership Manager Edinburgh (in office) Salary up to £50,000 We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to grow our partner channel and the revenue it drives.
Our partner channel is already established and bringing in new business, IT resellers, agencies, POS and platform partners, introducers and associations all send us pipeline.
Your job is to scale it: sign new partners, help them sell our product well, and get out and network to keep new opportunities coming in.
You'll have real ownership and support to grow the channel properly.
What you will do: Identify, qualify and sign new partners across IT, agency, POS, platform and introducer categories aligned with our hospitality ICP, keeping a healthy pipeline of partner conversations at all times.
Onboard and enable new partners: agreements and commercial terms, training, co-branded assets, playbooks and a clear activation plan with named contacts on both sides.
Keep partners active with regular check-ins; re-activate dormant partners with a plan or close the relationship down.
Own partner-sourced new MRR as your primary commercial number, measured monthly, with every deal correctly attributed to the originating partner in Hub Spot.
Work with Account Executives on partner-introduced opportunities: clean handover, fast follow-up and accurate attribution back to the partner.
Be proactive with outreach and networking: get in front of potential partners, work industry shows and events, and build the relationships that bring new partners in.
Own partner events end to end, and support the wider events calendar where needed, working with Marketing on content, follow-up and amplification so events turn into qualified pipeline.
What we are looking for: 3+ years in partnerships, channel or B2B sales, ideally Saa S or hospitality tech; comfortable owning commercial relationships end to end.
Proactive and self-directed: you go and find partners, get out to events and network, rather than waiting for leads to come to you.
A strong relationship builder who can enable and motivate partners to sell our product on your behalf.
Commercially sharp; comfortable owning a revenue number and tying partner activity back to pipeline and MRR.
Disciplined on CRM, attribution and follow-up; you keep the channel measurable.
Already using AI tooling to raise the quality and volume of your work, and able to show how it lets you do more, not less.
Bright Purple is proud to be an equal opportunities employer. We partner with clients who share our commitment to diversity and inclusion across the industry. TPBN1_UKTJ
