Gather, review and organise evidence to ensure cases are suitable for legal action and meet required standards.
Work collaboratively with Legal Services, support agencies and internal colleagues to achieve timely outcomes for customers and communities.
Represent the organisation in court where appropriate, with support from Legal Services.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.

Good knowledge of anti-social behaviour legislation, tenancy enforcement powers and legal remedies available to housing providers.
