Are you a BDM/Sales Manager from industrial paints or coatings, looking to join a well-respected company, offering a highly autonomous and rewarding role, with a generous commission structure and plenty of career development?

In this role you will be covering a North West patch, covering as high as Newcastle and as low as Derby. The role is split into 30% Account Management and 70% New Business, autonomously drumming up new business, selling paints and industrial coatings.

Established over 100 years ago, this UK manufacturer produces high-performance industrial paints, powder coatings, and pretreatment solutions, supplying sectors such as manufacturing, defence, aerospace, automotive, and general industrial markets.

This role would suit a Business Development Manager or similar from industrial paints and coatings, looking to manage a successful area for a globally recognised manufacturer.

The Role
  • 70% New Business and 30% Account Management
  • Selling paints and industrial coatings
  • Covering a North West patch, Derby up to Newcastle
  • Remote with travel to customer sites 3/4 days a week
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
