General Duties & Key Accountabilities
Guest Arrival Experience Welcome guests warmly on arrival
Complete check in procedures efficiently
Issue keys and wristbands
Explain facilities and schedules
Teamwork & Support Work collaboratively with all resort teams to provide a brilliant guest experience
