Key Responsibilities Provide effective leadership to the home, creating a positive and supportive culture.

Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all statutory requirements.

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care that exceeds expectations.

Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team.

Manage budgets, occupancy and overall home performance.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.

About You Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home.

Ideally NMC Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.

Proven leadership and people management skills.

Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and occupancy.

Passionate about delivering exceptional care and achieving outstanding outcomes.
