What Youll Be Doing

  • Allocating work to Technicians and ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met
  • Working closely with Service Advisors to manage workflow and keep customers informed
  • Monitoring workshop performance to ensure all jobs are completed within agreed timescales
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and effectively
  • Supporting the workshop team to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer care

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry, ideally as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who can work effectively across departments
  • A proactive leader who can motivate and support a team to achieve targets
