The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Water Network Specialist to move into a Learning & Development role with a well-established and growing organisation. The successful candidate will work as a Learning & Development Coach, delivering training focused on Water Network Construction and Leakage Operations. Strong, hands-on industry experience is essential, as you'll be using your real-world knowledge to train future Water Network Construction specialists.

The Company

You'll be joining a leading provider of training and development within the water sector. The organisation promotes a positive, supportive team culture that recognises hard work and encourages innovative thinking. Training is delivered through a hybrid model, with approximately one week in every two involving three days of on-site training at client locations across the UK. All travel and accommodation costs are fully covered, with the remainder of the role completed remotely.

What We're Looking For

Candidates will ideally demonstrate some of the following:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Water Network Construction and/or leakage detection
  • A genuine enthusiasm for sharing knowledge (previous teaching experience is not required)
  • A full UK driving licence
