Responsibilities as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Working in a fast-paced, sales environment
- Making a high volume of telephone calls - cold-calling candidates and clients
- Generating sales leads
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Researching your market and learning about your sector to become a specialist
- Using recruitment tools to source candidates and fill vacancies
- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
- Interviewing candidates for roles
- Working towards targets and daily KPIs
