Are you an experienced Primary Teacher looking for flexible day-to-day supply work in Birmingham?
Winner Education are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teachers to work on a day-to-day supply basis in a welcoming primary school in the Kingstanding (B44) area.
This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who are looking for flexibility while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom.
The successful candidate must
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have previous experience working within a primary school setting
- Be confident delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be able to adapt quickly to different classroom environments
- Build positive relationships with staff and pupils
- Be reliable, professional and passionate about education
Roles and responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain continuity of learning
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment
- Support pupils' learning and engagement throughout the school day
- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times
- Provide feedback to school staff regarding pupil progress and behaviour where required
