As the firm continues to invest in its advisory offering, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator to join its West Birmingham office.
Working alongside a team of Licensed Insolvency Practitioners and experienced restructuring professionals, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality corporate insolvency services to businesses across a broad range of sectors. The Opportunity
As a Senior Insolvency Administrator, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency appointments while providing guidance and support to junior members of the team. You will work closely with Insolvency Practitioners on a range of assignments including:
- Administrations
- Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs)
- Members' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs)
- Compulsory Liquidations
- Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs)
- Bankruptcies and personal insolvency matters where required
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of insolvency appointments from inception through to closure.
- Preparing statutory reports, case documentation and correspondence to the highest professional standards.
- Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors, lenders and other key stakeholders.
- Conducting investigations into company affairs and assisting with asset realisation strategies.
- Ensuring all casework complies with current insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Reviewing and overseeing the work of junior administrators, providing coaching and technical support.
- Assisting Licensed Insolvency Practitioners with more complex and technically challenging assignments.
- Building strong relationships with clients and professional introducers through the delivery of an exceptional service.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will already have established yourself within a UK insolvency practice and be confident managing corporate insolvency appointments with minimal supervision. You will offer:
- Previous experience as a Senior Insolvency Administrator or an experienced Insolvency Administrator ready to step up.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate insolvency procedures.
- Experience managing a broad range of corporate insolvency cases, including Administrations and CVLs.
- A thorough understanding of insolvency legislation and statutory compliance.
- Excellent organisational and case management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- CPI, ACA, ACCA or JIEB studies would be advantageous but are by no means essential.
