We're seeking a Senior Construction Delivery Manager to join our team in the Midlands. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering multiple complex projects within our current development programmes, including managing the defect period. This is a key position within the Development Construction Delivery Team, where you'll oversee HRB projects from conception through to completion, managing their complexities and ensuring successful implementation.

You'll lead medium- to large-sized project teams, define the project vision, communicate clear outcomes, and drive the team to achieve them. You'll also plan and manage project delivery using the appropriate project management methodologies, providing assurance that project objectives are met.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader and excellent communicator with experience in multi-storey developments. You'll need demonstrable expertise in delivering HRB projects, complex apartment schemes, and joint venture developments.

If you have a strong track record within a housing construction development organisation, along with a thorough understanding of the development and construction process—from inception and feasibility through to completion, handover, and operation—we'd love to hear from you!

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our Birmingham Office. Candidates will be expected to travel across the region, as required, to attend development sites, with occasional travel to other Clarion offices as and when required. Applicants must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
