My client is a well-established International Firm based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. They are currently recruiting for a Reprographics Team Leader to join and oversee a small close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a background in Facilities or Reprographics who are looking to progress their career.
As a Reprographics Team Leader your duties will include:
- Management of the team, including handling performance reviews
- Identifying training needs and areas for development
- Monitor the workflow and ensure all work is completed within the deadlines
- Maintain close relationships with key contacts
- Undertake all printing and scanning requests
- Ensure all administration for the department is kept up to date
As a Reprographics Team Leader you will have the following skills:
- Previous experience working in Reprographics is essential
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role would be ideal
- High level of IT knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and work towards deadlines
