Our Kingsheath based Primary School is seeking a committed PPA Teacher to work full time from September 2026. This is a long-term supply booking for 1 academic year. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and welcoming primary school where pupils enjoy coming to school. The successful candidate will be a QTS teacher with prior experience of teaching across EYFS, KS1 and 2 and able to be flexible and cover lessons. This is a welcoming and supportive school with a supportive Senior Leadership team.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons tailored to the needs of Year 4 pupils.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal development of each child.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student learning and well-being.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting appropriate targets.
  • Uphold the Catholic ethos and values of the school in all aspects of teaching and community life.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience teaching in primary education, preferably within Year 1.
  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment strategies.
  • Commitment to promoting the Catholic ethos and values of the school.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
