National Account Manager Toys & Gifts Remote (UK) | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits Are you an experienced National Account Manager with a background in the toy and/or gift industry?

Do you have a track record of growing business with major UK retailers and are looking for the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing, ambitious business?

We are recruiting for an experienced National Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with key national retail accounts across the UK.

This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK while becoming a key part of a collaborative and commercially driven team.

The Role Reporting to the Senior Management team, you will be responsible for developing profitable relationships with a portfolio of national retail customers, identifying new opportunities for growth and delivering ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities include: Managing and developing key national retail accounts.

Building strong, long-term relationships with buying teams.

Negotiating annual trading agreements, promotions and joint business plans.

Identifying opportunities to introduce new product ranges and maximise distribution.

Working closely with marketing, product development and supply chain teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Preparing sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports.

Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and retailer performance.

Representing the business at customer meetings and key industry events.

About You We're looking for someone who can demonstrate: Previous experience as a National Account Manager within the toy and/or gift industry.

Strong relationships with major UK retailers.

A proven history of delivering profitable sales growth.

Excellent commercial negotiation and influencing skills.

The ability to analyse sales data and turn insights into action.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Self-motivation and the ability to work successfully in a remote environment.

A willingness to travel throughout the UK for customer meetings when required.
