Want to build campaigns that deliver more than clicks? At Intercity Technology, we're not interested in marketing for marketing's sake. We're looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist who can turn strategy into action, bringing together compelling content, smart targeting, events, digital channels and data-driven insight to create campaigns that generate real business results.

You'll play a key role in supporting our Telco Business Unit, working closely with our wider marketing, commercial and sales teams to deliver campaigns that build awareness, drive engagement and create pipeline. This is a role for someone who loves the challenge of connecting the right message with the right audience at the right time. Someone equally comfortable launching campaigns, analysing performance and finding opportunities to improve results.

What we're looking for:

  • You're a marketer who combines creativity with commercial thinking.
  • You understand that great campaigns are built on insight, audience understanding and continuous optimisation.
  • You're organised, proactive and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience and knowledge:

  • Marketing Experience: At least 3 years' experience in a marketing campaign, demand generation or performance marketing role.
  • HubSpot Expertise: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including automation, workflows, reporting and analytics.
  • Campaign Ownership: Proven experience owning multi-channel marketing campaigns, end-to-end, with measurable outcomes.
  • Paid Advertising: Experience managing or supporting paid advertising channels, including Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Performance Analysis: Strong analytical skills with experience of A/B testing, optimisation and performance reporting.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Vendor Management: Experience managing external agencies, suppliers and partners to deliver activity on time, on budget and to a high standard.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing campaign budgets, tracking spend and maximising return on investment.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience working within technology, telecommunications or managed services.
  • Marketing qualifications such as CIM, IDM or similar.
  • HubSpot, LinkedIn or Google certifications.
