Proven General Manager experience in a multi-faceted leisure, hospitality or entertainment venue
A background in varied food and beverage operations, comfortable shaping a concept rather than just running one
Strong events experience, confident programming and delivering a varied calendar

Commercially sharp, comfortable owning P&L, GP and cost control
