Job Title: Freight Forwarder
Location: Sheldon, Birmingham
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: MondayFriday, 9:00am5:30pm (office-based)

Im currently supporting a well-established logistics business that is looking to add a European Road Freight Forwarder to their growing operations team. The Role of Freight Forwarder
Youll be responsible for managing end-to-end European road freight movements, ensuring shipments run smoothly from initial booking through to final delivery.
Coordinating European road freight shipments (import/export)
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and transport partners
Managing documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations
Monitoring shipments and resolving any issues proactively
Delivering a high level of customer service at all times

Proven experience within European road freight forwarding
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
