Package & Benefits- Basic salary of £33,000-£35,000
- OTE £55,000-£60,000 in your first year
- £80,000+ achievable once fully trained
- Company vehicle and fuel card
- Door-to-door travel payments
- 33 days holiday (including bank holidays after 1 year's service)
- Manufacturer training programmes and ongoing development
- International travel opportunities available entirely on a voluntary basis
- Weekdays after 8.5 hours worked: 1.5x rate
- Saturdays: 1.5x rate
- Sundays: 2x rate
- UK overnight allowance: £25 per night
- Overseas and offshore projects: £65-£70 per night
- For every overseas overnight stay, receive 0.5 days additional holiday in lieu
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of specialist industrial lifting and vertical access equipment across a wide range of customer sites.
Key duties include:- Servicing and maintaining industrial lifts, hoists and rack & pinion systems
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults
- Commissioning new equipment and systems
- Conducting inspections and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Providing technical support to customers on-site
- Completing service documentation and reports
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
- Representing the business professionally whilst working in the UK and overseas
