I am currently looking for an ERP Specialist based in Birmingham, you will be at the heart of a large-scale transformation within a respected organisation in their field.

You will be taking charge of Sys Pro rollouts across multiple sites, collaborating with both local developers and offshore teams to ensure seamless integration.

ERP Specialist - What will you be doing?

  • Taking full responsibility for the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Sys Pro ERP across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems.
  • Leading troubleshooting efforts for any technical issues related to Sys Pro, SAP, Power BI, or SQL integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Developing comprehensive reports using Power BI and SQL that provide actionable insights for management and operational teams.
  • Establishing best practices for data migration from Sage to Sys Pro, maintaining data integrity throughout the process.
  • Monitoring system performance post-implementation, proactively identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements.
  • Training end-users on new functionalities and processes within Sys Pro, promoting adoption and effective utilisation across all departments.

ERP Specialist - What will you need?

  • Demonstrated expertise in Sys Pro ERP systems within manufacturing environments, with proven experience managing large-scale implementations.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SAP as an alternative ERP platform, enabling flexible problem-solving approaches.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI for creating detailed reports that inform strategic decisions across departments.
  • Solid understanding of SQL databases for integrating data sources and supporting analytics initiatives.
  • Experience migrating data from legacy systems into modern ERP platforms while maintaining accuracy and completeness.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal developers and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
