Employee Relations Advisor

Our client, a leading organisation, is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their friendly, experienced team.

This role will be responsible for providing expert ER advice and guidance to managers, managing end-to-end employee relations cases, and supporting the delivery of fair, consistent, and commercially focused people solutions.

Key

Responsibilities: Manage a broad range of ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, capability, and probation matters.

Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on employee relations issues and employment law.

Support organisational change activities, including restructures and redundancy consultations.

Draft case documentation, correspondence, and meeting outcomes.

Coordinate Occupational Health referrals and advise on reasonable adjustments.

Identify ER trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.

Support manager training and people-focused initiatives.

About

You: Proven experience managing end-to-end employee relations casework.

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Confident coaching and influencing managers at all levels.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

CIPD qualified or working towards accreditation is desirable.
