What Youll Be Doing
In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the quality, safety, and success of our service. You will:
Lead and motivate a team of dedicated care professionals.
Ensure our service meets and exceeds CQC standards.
Oversee assessments, care planning, and risk management.
Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and external partners.
Champion safeguarding and uphold the highest standards of care.
Support recruitment, training, and staff development.
Contribute to the strategic growth and continuous improvement of the service.
Take part in the on-call rota to ensure seamless support.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking someone who is not only experienced, but genuinely passionate about managing the delivery of outstanding care. You will have:
Proven experience in a senior role within domiciliary care.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A proactive, solution-focused approach.
A genuine commitment to person-centred care.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) essential.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
