Assistant Manager | Kings Heath
Salary: £32,500 + Bonus Are you a commercially minded Assistant Manager who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships and turning enquiries into sales?
We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join a successful and expanding business in Kings Heath.
This is a varied, customer-facing role where you'll support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the site, while playing a key part in driving sales, converting enquiries and delivering a great customer experience.

Work-life balance You'll work shifts between 8:30am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday, with reduced weekend hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays and 10:00am to 4:00pm on Sundays.
Weekends are shared on a rota basis, typically with one full weekend off every two to three weeks.
Days off in lieu are always provided when working weekends.
The role Support the Store Manager with the daily running of the site, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently.
Handle customer enquiries across phone, email and face to face, building rapport and identifying the best solution for each customer.
Convert enquiries into bookings and sales through confident, consultative conversations.
Support local sales activity and help drive store performance against targets.
Review reports and identify opportunities to improve conversion, customer follow-up, service and efficiency.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience at every stage of the customer journey.
Lead by example, supporting and motivating the team to achieve high standards.
Process bookings, payments and administration accurately.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety procedures and site standards.
Take ownership in the Store Manager's absence and support wider business growth.
