Are you an Architectural Technician with strong Revit experience and a background delivering large-scale healthcare, education or residential projects, looking to take ownership of technically challenging developments while progressing your career with a leading, design-led consultancy?

In this role, you will take responsibility for producing detailed technical design packages across major healthcare and education projects, working alongside experienced Project Directors, Architects and consultants from design through to completion. You will use Revit as your primary design tool, coordinate technical information, liaise with statutory authorities and ensure projects meet all current building regulations and technical standards.
This role would suit an Architectural Technician with strong Revit experience looking to work on prestigious, technically complex projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking architectural practice.
THE ROLE:
- Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit
- Coordinate technical design information across large healthcare and education projects
- Work alongside Project Directors, Architects and external consultants
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, CDM and statutory requirements
- Liaise with approval authorities and support project delivery through construction stages
- Hybrid working, 2 days from home and 3 days in the office - 37 hour work week
THE PERSON:
- Architectural Technician or similar
- Strong Revit experience
- Experience working on healthcare, education or large residential projects
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Commutable to Birmingham
