HireGiant is currently looking for an experienced 7.5 tonne driver to work with our client based in Sutton Coldfield (B35). This is a fantastic opportunity for ongoing work completing general haulage multi-drop deliveries to local businesses across the Birmingham area! This is ongoing work with the potential to become a permanent position.
The Role:
- Completing multi-drop deliveries locally
- Work is simple: 6-12 drops per day
- Ensuring delivery is recovered and paperwork is in order
- Completing all vehicle checks
- Must be comfortable with kerbside deliveries
- Adhering to WTD and EU Tacho rules and regulations while driving the HGV truck
- Working Monday to Friday (optional weekend shifts available)
- Starting around 07:00am daily - shifts around 8-10 hours
Requirements:
- Class 2 licence entitlement - CAT C
- Valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
- Safety boots and Hi-Vis vest
Hours & Pay Rates (PAYE):
- Monday to Friday shift pattern - 07:00 Start
- Shift Length - 8-10 hours
- Up to £15.00-£17.00 per hour shift dependent (Monday to Friday)
