We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Officer to join a well known housing association at their head office in the Wirral area on a permanent, full time basis.
Working in a HR team that consists of four people, you will be expected to support with all senior HR duties that include: recruitment and onboarding, employment relations, training alongside policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Include: Reporting into the Head Of Human Resources and support with all HR functions and responsibilities.
Hold responsibility for the maintenance of HR systems.
Ensure there is an accurate and timely production of all HR information.
Offer advice and guidance to line managers in the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure welfare, employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management and absence management are all managed to a quality and consistent standard throughout the business.
Requirements: Hold a CIPD Level 5 or above qualification or be qualified by experience. 3-5 years experience working in a busy HR department.
Knowledge of employment law.
It would also be desirable for the right candidate to have an understanding of Safeguarding and Health & Safety alongside a Level 4 or 5 qualification in Housing.
