About the Role

As a New Homes Trainee Sales Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our beautiful developments, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. You'll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment we hand over the keys.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers in understanding the available properties and developments
  • Participate in property viewings, showcasing the benefits and features of new homes
  • Take part in the demonstration of finishing touches to customers to enable them to design their perfect home
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-up
  • Build relationships with potential buyers, providing excellent customer service at every step
  • Learn about the sales process and progress towards becoming a fully-fledged New Homes Sales Advisor

What We're Looking For

  • A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for property and sales
  • Drive and determination to succeed in a competitive, target-driven environment
  • Proven experience in customer service or another customer-facing environment
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (preferred)
