As a Support Worker, you’ll help people live fuller, more independent lives by:
- Supporting daily routines from morning to bedtime

- Working closely with colleagues and professionals
This is a role where building strong relationships is just as important as providing practical support.
About the Home
You’ll be supporting six young adults in their own homes, helping individuals with a range of complex needs, including:
- Autism
- Learning disabilities
- Mental health conditions
- Physical disabilities
- Behaviours that may challenge
Meet Some of the People You’ll Support
- John enjoys Farmability, where he paints, feeds animals and does woodwork. He also loves days out, theme parks and holidays.
- Josh has an infectious sense of humour and loves swimming, train rides and exploring new places on staycations.
- Jess enjoys music, arts and crafts, LEGO, and visiting farms. She’s a huge fan of Thomas the Tank Engine and knows everything about him!
- Joe loves football (especially Ronaldo), shopping trips to Oxford, exploring world cuisines on YouTube and sharing his brilliant cooking skills with the team.
