Are you a Building Surveyor from the construction industry looking to join a rapidly growing Property Servicing group offering CPD, a local patch with £5400 car allowance and support through your Chartership? This established and growing building surveying and construction company has expertise in building consultancy and fire risk management supplying to a vast range of commercial and residential clients. This is an opportunity to join the team at their new branch as one of the initial Building Surveyors.
In this role, your work will be split between site-based and office-based, commuting to construction projects within Oxfordshire. You will survey projects, inspect building work and the overall safety and functionality of buildings before returning to the office to prepare reports, maintain documentation, create risk assessments and communicate with clients.
This role would suit a Building Surveyor from any construction background looking to join a well-established and growing Property Servicing company offering salary progression and support through Chartership.
The Role:
- Split between the office in Bicester and Oxfordshire sites
- Residential and Commercial onsite Building Surveying
