A specialist school in Bicester is seeking a dedicated and caring ABA Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers looking to gain valuable hands-on experience supporting children and young people with autism and additional needs.
As an ABA Assistant, you will:
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group support using ABA-based strategies.
- Help students develop communication, confidence, independence, and social skills.
- Support positive behaviour and engagement with learning.
- Work alongside teachers and specialist staff to create a supportive environment.
- Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, and engagement.
We're looking for an ABA Assistant who is:
