SEMH Teaching Assistant | Whats on Offer:
Competitive Outer London Salary (TA scale, dependent on experience)
Permanent, full-time role starting in September
36 hours per week, term-time only

SEMH Teaching Assistant | The Role:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs within a primary setting
Support pupils with emotional regulation, engagement, and behaviour strategies
Work closely with teachers and the wider team to deliver structured interventions
Help create a safe, consistent and inclusive learning environment
Contribute to pupil progress tracking and pastoral support plans
SEMH Teaching Assistant | Who Were Looking For:
Experience supporting children with SEMH needs in a school or similar setting
Experience in PRUs, Alternative Provisions, or SEN schools is desirable but not essential
A university degree is desirable but not essential
Strong graduates or individuals with a clear interest in SEMH/education are welcome to apply
Calm, resilient and confident when supporting challenging behaviour
Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
Ambition to develop within a specialist provision
