Maples Care Home is a purpose-built nursing home in Bexleyheath, set over three floors and designed to combine modern facilities with a warm, homely atmosphere.
The home offers 75 spacious ensuite bedrooms where residents are encouraged to personalise their space, creating a comfortable and supportive environment.

Role Overview
As Gardener, you will play an important role in maintaining and enhancing the outdoor environment, creating attractive, safe and well kept spaces for residents, visitors and staff to enjoy.
This is a hands on role where your work will directly contribute to wellbeing, providing calm, inviting surroundings that can be enjoyed every day.
You will take responsibility for the upkeep of gardens and green spaces, including planting, lawn care, pruning and general maintenance, ensuring all areas are presented to a high standard.
You will monitor plant health, manage seasonal tasks and maintain equipment, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Working independently and as part of the wider team, you will help ensure outdoor spaces remain clean, well organised and enjoyable throughout the year.
What We Are Looking For Experience in gardening, landscaping or grounds maintenance is beneficial
