It is a branded menu however it is a fresh food branded menu. £16-18 per hour, 40-50hrs per week upto £ 46k ( depending on hours and hourly rate) The role As a sous chef you will support the kitchen manager in the running of the kitchen, you will ensure everything in the kitchen runs smoothly, that the prep is ready on time and the platters are served to the required spec.
This is a fast paced kitchen and you will manage a team of line chefs.
This role will include all the standard sous chef duties.
Experience As a sous chef you will support the head chef in the delivery of the kitchen food to the required spec, you willensure if is served to the required spec sheets, that the flavours ar eamazing and it is quick.
